AC Service, Chemical Service & Overhaul

From a quick normal service to a full chemical overhaul that restores cooling and airflow. Three tiers — normal, chemical, overhaul — and we tell you straight which one your unit actually needs.

• Normal service: filter + fancoil clean, drainage flush, gas check, test
• Chemical service: coil + blower chemical clean, unit stays on the wall
• Overhaul: indoor FCU off the wall, full strip-down clean indoor + outdoor

Repair

AC Repair — not cold, bocor, trip, berbunyi

We diagnose the actual fault and quote before any work. Carry common parts for one-visit fixes. If a unit is not worth repairing, we tell you that — no pressure either way.

• Not cold (tak sejuk), weak airflow, frozen coil
• Water leaking (bocor), drain blockage
• MCB tripping, PCB / capacitor / compressor faults
• Inverter error codes, noisy fan (berbunyi)

Installation

AC Installation — supply & install or upah pasang

A standard install includes the wall bracket, copper pipe, insulation, drain pipe, wiring, vacuum, gas pressure check and a full cooling test. Done to spec, so the brand warranty stays valid.

• Upah pasang — install a unit you already bought
• Wall mounted, ceiling cassette, multi-split
• 10-foot standard run included; extra piping quoted upfront

Gas Topup

AC Gas Topup — with a proper leak check

A sealed system should never need regular topups. We pressure-test, repair the leak, then top up R32, R410A or R22 to the right pressure — not just refill and walk away.

• R32, R410A and R22 (older units)
• Pressure leak test before any topup
• Leak repair quoted upfront if a part has failed
• Temperature test to confirm cooling after
