Kajang is a landed-dominant township on the southeastern edge of the Klang Valley, beyond Cheras, and its housing is mostly terraces, semi-Ds and bungalows, with a growing layer of newer gated developments and condos that have followed the MRT Kajang line and the UKM catchment. The landed character shapes the work: most homes have ground-level or roof-adjacent condensers with straightforward access, and family homes carry several units each, so visits are often multi-unit.
