How commercial pricing works
Commercial pricing follows the same transparent per-unit rates as our home jobs (see aircond service prices) — wall mounted from RM 68/unit, ceiling cassette and ceiling exposed from RM 128/unit, ducted FCU from RM 248/unit at the 3+ unit volume tier. Chemical service follows the same tiering. Contract rates go lower than that.
Ad-hoc vs. contract
- Ad-hoc service. One-off visit, billed on the standard tiered rate card. Best for a one-time deep clean before a tenant move-in or after a long shutdown.
- Quarterly contract. 4 visits a year, locked-in unit price below the ad-hoc rate, priority breakdown response and a status report after every visit. Best for offices, clinics, salons and small F&B.
- Monthly contract. Heaviest-use sites — F&B kitchens, busy retail, gyms — where coils clog fastest. Same lock-in pricing and priority response, with proactive filter-and-drainage checks each visit.
- Bundled service + breakdown SLA. Scheduled service plus a fixed-response SLA on emergency repair calls within agreed hours.
