Normal service
Cleans the filter, fancoil fins and outer casing, flushes the drainage, checks gas pressure, and tests cooling. The indoor unit stays on the wall. Right for a unit serviced in the last 3 to 4 months.
Chemical service
Chemical cleaning of the cooling coil and blower, drainage inspection and a performance test, for a unit where cooling and airflow have dropped. (Some shops call this a "chemical wash" — same idea.)
Overhaul (chemical overhaul)
We dismantle the indoor FCU off the wall, chemical-clean the coil, blower wheel, water tray and casing, clean the outdoor condenser, and flush the drainage pipe end to end. Right for a unit long neglected, smelling, or dripping water.

How often should I service my aircond in Malaysia?
Every 3 months for daily-use units in the Klang Valley climate, or every 4 to 6 months for light use. Bedroom units used nightly clog faster than people expect.
Will servicing lower my TNB bill?
Usually yes. A clogged cooling coil forces the compressor to run longer to reach the set temperature; cleaning it restores efficiency, so a neglected unit draws less power after a proper service.
What's the difference between chemical service and overhaul?
Chemical service cleans the coil and blower with the unit on the wall. An overhaul takes the indoor FCU off the wall for a full strip-down clean, for units neglected a long time.

Chemical overhaul
Indoor FCU is dismantled off the wall for a full strip-down clean — coil, blower wheel, water tray, casing, outdoor condenser and end-to-end drainage flush. Right for long-neglected, smelling or dripping units. Quoted on inspection — pricing depends on unit type, HP and condition.
